You don’t need to spend a fortune to get the most from your time on the ice with the various programs on offer
You too can train like the professionals getting focused 1 on 1 training here in Perth. We have 1-hour specialised training to help you improve in all areas and skills of ice hockey.
Janos will help you set your goals and push you to reach them. Don’t get bored with the same old training week in and week out. Refine your techniques and set yourself up for success both on and off the ice.

3 on 3 Cross Ice Development
Enter the fast paced and skill of a close game. Challenge yourself week in week out to get the competitive edge in a fun and safe environment.
Atoms and Peewees start off with some dynamic warm up exercises off ice at 5.20pm then hit the ice at 6pm. Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the off ice you are still more than welcome to join in on the ice.
Bantams and Midgets hit the ice first at 6.50pm then get to do the off ice after the training at 8.00pm, which you don’t want to miss.
These sessions run with skills on one end and game on the other. Taking it in turns for the age groups to swap between playing a cross ice game and doing the skills drills. This way the children can practice straight away the skills that they are learning.
The sessions are capped so that you can get the most from the training session.
Please note that you will need full ice hockey gear to participate and bring work out gear including sneakers for off-ice.
Ice Hockey Skate School
Run on Thursdays during the school term in our 4pm to 6pm general session in a sectioned off area learn the most important skill of the game how to skate!!
From Beginners to Advanced you will be graded on your current skills and then placed in the appropriate skill level where you will learn the fundamentals of ice skating through to the more technical skills.
A great way to get the edge that you need to play the game.
In this session we wear full gear so you can push yourself to the limits safely! Don’t worry if you are just a beginner and don’t have full gear if you can please just bring what you have or at the very least a bike helmet, elbow pads and knee pads.
If you are already playing the game and need a little extra training on the 3 major skills of the game, then this is the session for you!
We will be rotating power skating, shooting and checking throughout the term-based program. Fine tune your skills on a weekly basis.
Power Skating has been designed specifically for you the hockey player. Learn how to become a more powerful and explosive skater. The high intensive skills will be taught on a progressive basis and Janos will show you how it all relates back to the game!
Improve your chances of scoring with learning the proper shooting technique. You will end up with more powerful and accurate shots every time you shoot! Janos will run through the various shots such as the slap shot, wrist shot etc
Checking the player is all about separating the player from the puck, be taught how to angle yourself to ensure you check safely. Not only will you be taught how to make the check you will also be taught how to position yourself to receive the check. From shoulders to hips learn how you can use your body to gain control of the puck!
Of course you will need full ice hockey gear for this session!
